Object of the Bill
The object of this bill is to provide for appropriation out of the consolidated fund under section 15 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act, 2003 of a sum of nine trillion, six hundred and fifty three billion, seven hundred and forty one million, five hundred and ninety eight thousand shillings only to meet additional expenditure for the financial year 2012/2013.
