Object of the Bill
The objects and principles of this Bill are to amend the Physical Planning Act, 2010, Act No.8 of 2010 to provide for the functions and powers of the Board; to establish a secretariat of the Board; to provide for the appointment of the Executive Director and staff of the Board; to streamline the composition of physical planning committees; to provide for offences and deten-ent penalties for contravention of Act and for other related matters.
