Object of the Bill
The Bill seeks to repeal and replace the existing Trade Marks Act (Cap 217) which has been found to be inadequate and to incorporate new developments in the trade marks law and to consolidate into one piece the statute law on trade marks thus making the trade marks law comprehensive and easily accessible.
