Object of the Bill

The object of this Bill is to provide for supplementary appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund under article 156(3) of the Constitution and section 25 of the Public Finance Managcment Acl. 2015, of a sum of one trillion, seven hundred thirty-four billion, three hundred twenty million, eighty hundred fifty-eight thousand shillings only to meet additional expenditure for the Financial Year 2018/2019.
