Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is---
(a) to consolidate the law relating to the control of the pharmacy profession and the practice of pharmacy;
(b) to establish the Pharmacy Council of Uganda;
(c) to establish the Pharmaceutical Society of Uganda.
(d) to repeal the Pharmacy and Drugs Act, Cap 280.
