Object of the Bill
The Object of this Bill is to amend the tax procedures code act, 2014, Act No.14 of 2014 to provide for provisional tax estimates to be furnished after every three months; to provide for due dates for filing returns under the Lotteries and Games Act; to provide for penal tax for failure to provide documents in respect of transfer pricing; to provide for the tax stamps and other related matters.
