Thc object of this Bill is to amend the Income Tax Act, Cap. 340 to provide for the definition of beneficial owner; to reduce the threshold required for a tax exemption; to provide for withholding tax by a seller of a business or business asset; to provids for an offence and a penalty for failure to obtain a taxpayer identification number from a licensee; and for other related matters.
