Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is to provide for supplementary appropriation out of the Consolidate Fund under section 16 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act, 2003 of a sum of three hundred thirty three billion, nine hundred seventy seven million, six hundred seventy five thousand shillings only to meet additional expenditure for the financial year 2009/2010
